1. America’s Food & Beverage Show
Meet 11,500 buyers from across the globe. This show delivers an opportunity to showcase, explore and sample the largest selection of foods and beverages from around the world catering to the taste of the Americas. Takes place annually in Miami, FL.
2. American Food Innovate Summit
This event is packed with speakers, case studies and networking; a chance to dive deep into the success and failures of real-life product launches from the world’s largest F&B companies and innovative start-ups. The agenda is packed with experts in launching new products to the market. Senior innovators, developers, food scientists, marketers and researchers provide ground-breaking case studies to help brands improve their product launch success rate. Part of the annual FoodWorld event held in Chicago.
3. Beverage Digest Future Smarts
Future Smarts is a one-day event put on by Zenith Global and Beverage Digest. The event gives attendees a comprehensive view of the most important developments of the past year and a roadmap for emerging trends, and access to meaningful networking opportunities with professionals from manufacturing, marketing, finance, investment, supply chain, distribution and more.
4. BevNET Live – Summer/Winter
BevNET Live is the leading business conference for the beverage industry and is held twice a year in New York, NY and Santa Monica, CA. Beverage brands, investors, retailers, and suppliers all attend to hear from industry leaders and make critical business connections.
5. Consumer Discovery Show – East/West
The Consumer Discovery Show connects consumer brands in beauty, wellness, and food with retailers, distributors, investors, and influencers. At the summit, brands can build distribution, sales, financing, and strategic partnerships to scale their businesses, making truly powerful connections to close deals and drive exposure and growth. Summits are held twice annually in New York, NY and Santa Monica, CA.
6. Fancy Food Show – Summer/Winter
Put on by the Specialty Food Association, the Fancy Food Show happens twice a year; a Winter (January) expo in San Francisco, CA and a Summer (June) expo in NY, NY. These shows are the largest specialty food showcase events in North America with more than 2,600 exhibitors at each. Attendees can connect with buyers from every major food/beverage buying channel in the U.S. and abroad. To exhibit at a Specialty Food Association Fancy Food Show, you must be an Association Member.
7. Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference and Expo
Food Engineering’s Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference and Expo (FA&M) brings food and beverage processors and suppliers together to gain valuable information on the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing, automation, sustainability and food safety. Takes place annually in Miami, FL.
8. Food Safety Summit
The event where food professionals learn from their peers about cutting edge solutions to address emerging issues, become certified in the newest courses available, and see the latest technological advances offered by leading vendors. The event is held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.
9. Food Shippers of America’s Annual Logistics Conference
Attendees are top shippers of food and food-related products, representing a wide range of distribution formats, from club stores to food service installations. Conference attendance limited to the first 1000 registrants. Event location changes annually, rotating between CA and FL.
10. Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo – FNCE
FNCE is the world’s largest meeting of food and nutrition experts — more than 10,000 registered dietitian nutritionists, nutrition science researchers, policy makers, health-care providers, and industry leaders. Attendees can experience dynamic educational opportunities and review products/services from over 380 exhibitors showcasing the latest and greatest offerings in food and nutrition.
11. Food Processing Expo
With more than 280 exhibitors and 2,600 attendees, Food Processing Expo is the largest trade show in California devoted exclusively to food processing. The Expo brings the industry together by offering a trade show floor with exhibits featuring machinery, equipment, supplies, services and other vendors with innovative industry products. The Expo also features informative, topical educational sessions, dynamic speakers and networking events, offering something for everyone in the food processing industry. The Expo is produced by the California League of Food Producers (CLFP).
12. Food Marketing Institute’s Annual Business Conference (ABC)
This event provides an opportunity to meet with top-level executives from retail/wholesale companies, and supplier companies for critical joint business planning discussions. ABC is focused on facilitating private meetings and does not have a traditional expo floor.
The leading event for grocery and CPG innovation. Touts an incredible speaker lineup, peer-to-peer roundtables, and 4,000+ attendees from 1,000+ companies and 30+ countries. Companies that attend include both established and startup CPG brands, supermarkets, c-stores, drug stores, discount stores, ecommerce players, warehouse clubs, grocerants and non-traditional grocery retailers. These organizations join tech companies, real estate operators, investors, media and analysts to understand the disruptive new trends, technologies and business models they must now embrace to win in a rapidly changing industry.
14. International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association Show
This once-a-year experience targets serious buyers, merchandisers, and executives who all share an appreciation and passion for dairy and deli. Attracts more than 10,000 attendees and exhibitors and features more than 2,000 booths and offer networking opportunities and educational experiences.
15. International Production & Processing Expo
The International Production & Processing Expo is the world’s largest annual poultry, meat, and feed industry event of its kind. A wide range of international decision-makers attend this annual event to network and become informed on the latest technological developments and issues facing the industry. This show brings together more than 1,200 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors in Atlanta, Ga.
16. IFDA Distribution Solutions Conference
The IFDA DSC is where leaders in operations, transportation and technology gather with renowned speakers, innovators and disruptors to chart the future of foodservice distribution. Attendees can learn about new solutions, go to tailored education sessions, and partake in networking opportunities.
17. International Baking Industry Exposition
The biggest, most comprehensive event in the U.S. for the grain-based food industry, bringing together more than 20,000 baking professionals from 100 different countries and every segment of the business.
18. Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo
IFT’s Annual Event and Food Expo is one of the largest events of its kind bringing together food science professionals (23,000 attendees) from around the globe representing all segments of the science of food profession—research and design, ingredients, safety and quality, technology, equipment, processing, packaging, manufacturing, suppliers and buyers, policy makers, and academics.
19. The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York
Also known as the NY Restaurant Show, this event a must-attend event for anyone involved in the restaurant, foodservice or hospitality industry. Attendees can network with independent restaurant owners, quick-serve establishment operators, caterers, bakers, chefs, and others from across all segments and concepts. The Exhibit Hall features more than 550 leading vendors and there are robust education sessions on site.
20. International Pizza Expo
The World’s largest pizza industry show attracts pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant owners, operators and managers, as well as distributors and food brokers. Exhibitors include suppliers of pizza ingredients and pizza flour, point-of-sales systems, ovens, kitchen equipment, marketing and promotional materials, and many other companies providing goods and services to the pizza restaurant industry.
21. Midwest Foodservice Expo
The Midwest Foodservice Expo is where food, beverage and hospitality professionals turn for real solutions to the challenges of this industry. At this 3-day trade show, you’ll find 100s of exhibits, new products and ideas for everything foodservice. Taste samples of products, network, and take part in interactive educational sessions.
22. Mid-America Restaurant Expo
The Mid-America Restaurant Expo attracts more than 4,000 experts, exhibitors and operators from throughout the Midwest to discuss the latest trends and topics affecting the restaurant industry. Its exhibit hall showcases the newest equipment and tools created specifically for restaurants, in addition to the most innovative food and beverage products available. Centered on collaborative education, the Expo features more than 50 educational seminars available to all attendees. 23. NACS Show
The NACS Show brings together convenience and fuel retailing industry professionals for four days of learning, buying and selling, networking and fun. The 400,000 sq. ft. expo showcases thousands of the latest products and services that c-stores sell and use every day.
24. Natural Products Expo – East/West
Put on by New Hope Network, the Natural Products Expos happens twice a year; a west-coast expo in Anaheim, CA every March and an east-coast expo in Baltimore, MD every September. The event touts its ability to connect brands with buyers, entrepreneurs with investors, and experts with those striving to learn more. The show attracts health, wellness and eco-conscious brands, housing more than 1,600 exhibitors from 115 countries.
25. The NAFEM Show

26. National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Convention – NFRA
The NFRA Convention is focused on facilitating one-on-one business meetings for retailers, manufacturers, sales agents, logistics providers, and suppliers.
27. National Restaurant Association Show
More than 43,000 foodservice buyers come to Chicago to make their purchasing decisions for the year. This event covers the latest developments shaping foodservice and includes pavilions for emerging technologies, unique ingredients, and shifting trends.
28. NAMA Show
The NAMA Show delivers opportunity and education in convenience services for operators and professionals in vending, coffee services, food service, micro markets, and pantry. Discover powerful technology, explore new products, react to emerging trends and build a powerful network of industry allies to grow your business and service your customers.
29. Northwest Food & Beverage World
Northwest Food & Beverage World is the premier show for processors in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The event includes relevant industry education and an expansive exhibitor floor, home to over 400 supplier booths and more than 100 food and beverage companies.
30. NOSH Live – Summer/Winter
NOSH Live conferences are two-day business conferences for the natural food industry held twice a year in New York, NY and Santa Monica, CA. All-Star speakers from established and up-and-coming brands share lessons in growth, branding, and marketing. Attendees range from brands and investors, to retailers and suppliers.
31. Peanut and Tree Nut Processors Association Convention and Trade Show
The PTNPA (Peanut & Tree Nut Processors Association) Annual Convention is a huge opportunity to meet with industry colleagues and learn the latest trends, news, and insights for the peanut and tree nut processing industry. The Annual PTNPA Convention includes networking events, educational and informational presenters and workshops, popular keynote speakers, and an exhibit hall filled with industry solutions providers.
32. PLMA’s Private Label Trade Show

34. ProFood Tech
ProFood Tech is the most comprehensive food and beverage processing event in North America. It brings together 450+ processing and equipment supplier exhibitors and 7,000 attendees. Show attendees explore industry innovations, see full-scale machinery in action, and gain valuable insight into trends, best practices, and safety and regulatory concerns. Takes place biannually in Chicago, IL.
35. Refrigerated Foods Association Exhibition & Conference
If you want to learn about the current trends in chilled foods, check out The Refrigerated Foods Association Exhibition & Conference. The agenda includes education sessions, networking, and an exhibitor reception. Open to members and nonmembers.
36. Seafood Expo North America
This is North America’s largest seafood expo. 1,200 exhibitors from over 40 countries demonstrate the latest in fish and seafood products, services, equipment, processing, and packaging. Attendees can network with industry professionals and go to more than 20 seminars.
37. Specialty Food Business Summit
Members of the Specialty Food Association can attend this event to learn from leading experts in strategic planning, brand positioning, data-driven selling, shopper marketing, purpose-driven leadership, and maximizing profit. Not an expo, this event is more like a Product Development Bootcamp.
SNAXPO touches on all aspects of the snack industry, bringing together ingredient suppliers, equipment companies, service providers, and industry peers. The event includes an expo floor, education schedule, and networking opportunities. Event location changes annually.
39. SmartFood Expo™
SmartFood Expo™ provides attendees with the smarts to stay top of mind in the competitive food and beverage marketplace. The event features more than 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and innovations for health-conscious consumers. Education sessions cover a wide range of topics and there are abundant networking opportunities. 40. SupplySide East/West
SupplySide brings together more than 17,000 ingredient buyers and suppliers from the dietary supplement, beverage, functional food, personal care and sports nutrition industries. Attendees can learn about new trends from over 1,300 exhibitors and 140 hours of educational and conference programming. East and West Coast events held annually.
41. Sweets & Snacks
Sweets & Snacks is the gathering place for the candy and snack industry. More than 18,000 industry professionals attend the annual event in Chicago, IL to connect with buyers, category managers, merchandisers, operations, executives and store owners.
42. Sustainable Foods Summit
The aim of the Sustainable Foods Summit is to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues. Summits take place in North America, Latin-America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
43. United Fresh Convention
The United Fresh convention is put on by The United Fresh Produce Association. It showcases the most creative new produce items and fresh food trends, cutting-edge tools and technology, business-enhancing conference sessions, and more. 44. Western Candy Conference
Hosted by the National Confectioners Association (NCA), the Western Candy Conference attracts more than 650 manufacturers of candy and snack products. Other attendees include suppliers of products and services to the confectionery industry. Attendance closed to NCA members.
45. The World Tea Expo
The World Tea Expo attracts more than 3,500 attendees and more than 260 exhibitors from around the world. Education programming is focused on advancing the business of tea and is designed to meet the specific needs of retailers, distributors, and developers who have varying levels of experience.
