6. Fancy Food Show – Summer/Winter
Put on by the Specialty Food Association, the Fancy Food Show happens twice a year: once in the winter (January in San Francisco, CA) and once in the summer (June) in New York, NY. These shows are the largest specialty food showcase events in North America with more than 2,600 exhibitors at each. 8. Food Safety Summit

9. Food Shippers of America’s Annual Logistics Conference

10. Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE)
